Salmonberries are a delicious new berry that spawn in Forests. They are useful for an on-the-go snack, or in recipes that require berries such as the 
Berry Matcha Latte.
They are a special ingredient for 
Salmonberry Pie (which can be

Salmonberry Ice Cream (recommended with Neapolitan)
The berries can be crafted into 
Salmonberry Pips and planted (inspired by Berry Good).
However, Salmonberry Bushes require rain and light to grow quickly.

Matcha:
Green Tea Leaves can be acquired by using a Knife on Leaves blocks (by chance). The Green Tea Leaves from Farmer's Respite are compatible and reccomended.
They can be cooked in a pot into Matcha, a concentrated tea powder.
